The San Diego DSLR Photo group's monthly (March) get together was at the 2009 St. Patrick's day parade in downtown San Diego. Another fine parade put on by the Irish Congress of So. Cal and Guinness.
I wanted to present a closer look at the parade so left all the wide angle lenses at home, and shot only with the Canon 100-400mm. Also some of the post processing here is not typical of what you would see for parade shots.
